How to Think About Employee Vaccination Policies

Reality Reset: Employer Operations in a Pandemic and Beyond

2021

In this webinar, we discuss some of the legal issues associated with employee vaccination policies. We discuss protections afforded certain industries for vaccination program planners, and also address how to evaluate reasonable accommodations, direct threat analysis, and liability for adverse events stemming from vaccinations.
